Farmgirls love to swap and the LIW Road Trip is a perfect opportunity.
There are TWO kinds of charm swaps.
One is a charm that represents you for a charm bracelet or necklace.
Put a few beads together, sculpy clay or shrinky dink velum and rubber stamps.
Number TWO is a quilt charm swap. April / sonshine4u explains it best...
~QUILT BLOCKS~
To swap with other farmgirls on the tour!
Size: 5 1/2" squares (You can make 48 from 1 1/4 yard of 42" material)
Color: Your choice, something that represents you!
Amount: TBD~once the headcount is in!
Embellishment: You don't have to do this, but you can embroider your name on your squares so our farmgirl friends will remember who's square is who's!
Design: You can swap plain squares or if you want to get super fancy, you can do a nine-patch like Laura and Mary did for their quilt or another design of your choice! Totally optional!
Result: A potential blanket of farmgirl friendship that you can wrap yourself in and remember the awesome Laura Ingalls Wilder Prairie Pilgrimage.

Both charms are easy to pack and great to swap.
